Territory Business Manager

The Territory Sales Manager will work in tandem with Clinical Specialists to educate the medical teams (Radiation Oncologist, Urologist, Physicists, Dosimistrist, Nurses, materials management, purchasing, and other professional healthcare professionals). The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the relationships with the key stakeholders in the institutions within their assigned territory.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify new customers within assigned territory
  • Qualify and setup new accounts, ensuring they have the proper equipment and facilities
  • Maintain training and customer service with existing customers
  • Report complaints/adverse events to the appropriate personnel
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Knowledge of working in surgical and clinical environments
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations associated with healthcare compliance
  • Self-driven and result oriented approach to critically assess new medical technologies
  • Ability to quickly assimilate and understand physician/clinical needs and interpret those in the context of the corporate direction, objectives, and strategies to develop new products.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred within the sciences
  • Three (3) years’ experience in the medical/surgical field is preferred.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in medical sales required; medical device, diagnostics or pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred
  • One (1) years’ experience in instructing surgeons on the use of new and novel treatments across all major surgical disciplines preferred.
  • Experience with pricing and contract negotiations is required.
  • Managerial and decision-making experience preferred.
