Job Identification
We are looking for a Territory HR Business Partner to be part of our Human Resources Team in Karachi.
What We Expect
Partnership with Territory LT & Line Management / Enabling Or Capability Development
To facilitate and participate in interventions focused on organization transformational to deliver the envisioned organization efficiencies/productivities.
Lead headcount associated business planning at territory level and ensure its alignment with CCI Vision & direction.
Coach and develop Territory Leadership Team and line leaders in the delivery of key HR activities, build their leadership and people management capability to create a positive employee environment.
Engagement/Culture/Values
Support & implement corporate initiates to strengthen and embed winning culture based on CCI Values.
Conduct organizational climate/engagement survey at Territory level and advise line leaders on robust action planning and flawless implementation to help CCI Pakistan achieve the vision best employer status.
Designing, delivering and driving change management programs pertaining to business transformation and impacting people.
HR Interdependencies
To cascade and implement the solutions & tools designed by COEs Centers of Excellence (Learning & Development, OD, Rewards, Talent Acquisition, L&OD, ER, IR, HRIS, HR Risk) at the Territory level to deliver the HR agenda and enhance the customer experience.
Coach & handhold line leaders to embed the ways of working and spirit of the HR Processes and policies.
Industrial Relations
Develop and maintain healthy industrial relations based on open communication and trust by keeping the Union and employees abreast
Turn industrial relations to the benefit of the company by having one team spirit supporting the winning corporate culture and avoid operational disruptions. At the same time, ensure that there is no compromise on principles while negotiating with the CBA.
Employee Relations
Understands Employee risks arising from Territory business plans and activities and ensures effective strategies to manage these successfully within local environments
Advising Territory line managers and conducting investigations regarding potential misconduct, disciplinary issues and policy violation and ensure timely updation of ER/IR portal.
Analyze the information coming from Territory exit interviews, surveys, employee feedback, disciplinary cases, performance issues, harassment and employee grievances.
HR & Organizational Effectiveness
Ensure quality of HR Services delivery in a standardized manner and continuously improve the HR Services through customer feedback and solution mindset in order to increase HR’s effectiveness and enhance the customer experience
Actively participate in the assigned functional specific HR projects identified as priorities from the HR strategy in order to improve business and organizational performance
Compliance, Risk Management/HSE, Reputation and Relationship Management
At the territory level understand the HR Risk environment, identify and mitigate potential HR risks
In liaison with Legal & WPR Officer, ensure that the relevant stakeholders are well aware of the CCI Workplace Rights Policy and ensure implementation of WPR minimum standards.
Team Leadership & Capability
Partner with Territory Leadership Team in deployment/implementation of Human Resources tactical plan initiatives & activities in partnership with HR COEs to ensure functional synergies and effectively enable the delivery of business objectives.
Coach Territory HR Team and develop them to ensure they have the right HR capabilities to support the HR operating model and deliver to the business.
