Job Title: Territory Manager
Overview:
We roast and package our coffee fresh daily, and our goal is to provide the freshest coffee in town to our customers.
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team in a role that blends customer service (25%), coffee equipment repair (25%), and sales (50%). If you enjoy working with people, and love fresh coffee, and like hands-on problem-solving, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-moving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide friendly, professional route delivery service to offices, Convenient Stores, Restaurants and other coffee program partners
· Respond to service inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely and accurate communication
· Perform basic repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance of coffee equipment (brewers, grinders, espresso machines, etc.)
· Support sales efforts by recommending coffee products, equipment upgrades, accessories, and service solutions based on customer needs
· Maintain accurate service logs, inventory updates, and order documentation
· Demonstrate equipment operation and best practices to customers when needed
· Help ensure the service area, van, and workspace remain organized and efficient
· Cold Call sales is a must. We need you to makes cold calls daily and build the territory. Half of your time will be prospecting, doing brew demoes with customers, and building report.
· Training – we will provide all of the training you will need to be successful!
Qualifications:
· Experience in customer service, equipment repair, or sales—preferably in the coffee industry—is helpful but not required
· Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn coffee equipment troubleshooting
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
· Valid driver’s license (if field service support is part of the role)
· Must able to lift 75 pounds
· Must be available on the weekend for emergency service

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
