Territory Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong
interpersonal skills to join our growing sales team as a Territory
Manager.

The Territory Manager plays an important role in supporting the
execution of our mission by being responsible for the promotion of
Journey’s products in the field. Reporting to the Regional Manager,
the Territory Manager will collaborate to achieve Journey’s sales
goals and objectives by providing the highest level of customer
support to health care providers, medical staff and other key
stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in the territory to best support the use of
Journey’s products in the treatment of diseases; deliver outstanding
customer service.
Be an expert of Journey’s brands/products and our promotional strategy
and tactics; provide expert product knowledge to customers.
Strategically create and maintain a territory business plan to ensure
optimal coverage and impact to achieve or exceed given territory sales
objectives and goals.
Collaborate and coordinate with other internal stakeholders and with
field-based colleagues to proactively address customer needs, identify
market dynamics, and develop strategies to deliver our mission and
reach or exceed our goals.
Demonstrate efficient time management skills to ensure maximum
customer contact and highest level of customer service.
Follow all applicable standard operating mechanisms to ensure
up-to-date territory customer information.
Represent Journey and yourself in a professional, ethical and
compliant manner at all times.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
2+ years of proven success in direct business-to-business sales
(dermatology experience is a plus).
Possess excellent interpersonal, influencing, and relationship
building skills. Proven ability to gain access, develop strong
professional relationships with customers, and utilize appropriate
solutions-focused selling skills.
Strong business planning acumen, highly organized with strong account
management skills.
Understand, analyze, and effectively communicate scientific and
technical information in compliance with applicable pharmaceutical
promotional regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
Ability to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance
based, fast paced, and results oriented.
Disciplined self-starter, resourceful, comfortable with autonomy, and
solution oriented.
Proficiency using complex sales data/call reporting software/applications.
Ability to travel and work outside of the parameters of 8am to 5pm as
well as attend both corporate and trade meetings when required.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Strong work-ethic; demonstrate integrity in all matters, including
company polices and industry guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

  • Dermatology: 5 years (Required)
