Job Summary
We are a growing HVAC wholesale supply company with three locations in Arab, Decatur, and Oneonta, Alabama, serving professional contractors with top-quality heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment and materials. We’re seeking a motivated Territory Manager to oversee and grow sales across all three locations, building and maintaining strong relationships with HVAC contractors throughout North Alabama.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, construction supply, or industrial distribution, along with the ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and drive consistent growth across a broad territory. This position emphasizes relationship-building, long-term account development, and market expansion rather than one-time sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow contractor relationships across Arab, Decatur, and Oneonta territories
  • Promote key product lines such as Fraser-Johnston equipment and related HVAC materials
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer visits and local networking
  • Collaborate with inside sales and warehouse teams at all three branches to ensure outstanding service and order accuracy
  • Track and report on sales activity, market trends, and customer feedback

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HVAC, construction, or related sales preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

Competitive base pay plus commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
