Managing CD business through teams at specific dealer counters in the assigned area or region.
Managing a team of sales managers.
Identify business opportunities and prepare proposals for acquisition of new POS (POINT OF SALES).
Responsible for dealer network relationships and expansion.
Managing sales profitability and target accomplishments for the assigned dealerships.
Handle dealer requirements and complaints and co-ordinate with the support teams to resolve complaints.
Planning execute sales promotion plans activities.
Effective cost management.
Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities.
Evolve local market specific selling strategies
Key Responsibilities
Work with AM’s/ZM to formulate and implement strategies for performance improvement.
Expand sales network in new and targeted locations to achieve desired level of penetration.
Gather and analyze market intelligence.
Provide inputs to improve product offerings.
Build effective plans to improve sales operations Build, monitor and maintain sales force across multiple locations as per agreed staffing plans.
Consistently monitor sales process to improve existing process.
