Job Description:
The Sales Executive - Men Salon is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution and developing strong relationships within the men’s salon and barbershop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the business in men’s salons, barbershops and electronics outlets.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Expand numeric and weighted distribution.
- Build strong relationships with salon owners and outlet decision-makers.
- Create new distributions and handle distribution business.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions and trade activities.
- Ensure product availability, visibility and proper merchandising at outlet level.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Track sales performance, stock levels and support payment collection where applicable.
- Prepare regular sales and territory reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of sales experience in FMCG ,Men's Care Products (Electronics preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of territory and distributor management.
- Willing to travel within assigned territory.

55,000-75,000
