Job Title: Territory Sales Incharge

Location: Siliguri, West Bengal Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Distribution Management
  • Drive primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility across retail and wholesale channels.
  • Monitor distributor performance and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Market Development
  • Identify and onboard new retailers, stockists, and institutional buyers.
  • Expand market share by promoting new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners and key accounts.
  • Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular trade visits and feedback sessions.
  • Promotions & Merchandising
  • Implement trade promotions, schemes, and incentives effectively.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and branding at point-of-sale locations..
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Maintain accurate sales records, stock reports, and market intelligence.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
  • Use data to forecast demand and plan inventory.

Qualifications

  • H.S / Graduation
  • Experience : 1 - 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food or dairy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
