Job Title: Territory Sales Incharge
Location: Siliguri, West Bengal Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Distribution Management
- Drive primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across retail and wholesale channels.
- Monitor distributor performance and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Market Development
- Identify and onboard new retailers, stockists, and institutional buyers.
- Expand market share by promoting new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and key accounts.
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular trade visits and feedback sessions.
- Promotions & Merchandising
- Implement trade promotions, schemes, and incentives effectively.
- Ensure proper merchandising and branding at point-of-sale locations..
- Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate sales records, stock reports, and market intelligence.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
- Use data to forecast demand and plan inventory.
Qualifications
- H.S / Graduation
- Experience : 1 - 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food or dairy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
