About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee and expand sales operations within the Delhi and Lucknow regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing channel partners/distributors, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, trade partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain a healthy credit discipline in the territory.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure strong brand visibility and merchandising standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, and operations) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare periodic reports on performance and forecast trends.
  • Train and motivate channel partners and field sales executives to drive consistent results.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–9 years of proven experience in territory or channel sales (preferably in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Industrial Products, or Retail sector).
  • Strong understanding of distribution networks and local market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
