The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market share within the assigned territory. This role involves managing channel partners/distributors, developing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of local markets, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence.
  • Manage and motivate channel partners, distributors, and the sales team (if applicable).
  • Identify new business opportunities and key accounts to drive growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
  • Conduct regular field visits to maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues.
  • Execute marketing and promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
  • Train and develop channel partners and field sales representatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
