Role Overview

As a Territory Sales Manager , you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening our client relationships through proactive engagement. You’ll leverage your communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to identify opportunities, showcase our solutions, and help businesses streamline their financial operations.

This role suits someone who is naturally curious, emotionally intelligent, and eager to make an impact in the fast-evolving fintech sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients, identifying opportunities to improve their financial processes through Sanad Cash .
  • Design and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and compelling presentations that highlight our value proposition.
  • Understand client pain points and position Sanad Cash as the best-fit spend management solution.
  • Lead contract discussions to successful closure while maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer success and drive upsell opportunities.
  • Track sales metrics and pipeline performance using our CRM tools.
  • Represent Sanad Cash at industry events, conferences, and networking forums as a brand ambassador.


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales , ideally in SaaS, ERP, or fintech environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skilled in developing and delivering engaging presentations.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
