Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Industrial/OEM Sales - Construction Chemicals

Location: Patna, India

Department: Sales

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Industrial/OEM sector for our Adhesives Products within the Construction Chemicals industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Industrial/OEM segment.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the territory.
  • Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the construction chemicals sector.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Industrial/OEM market.
  • Coordinate with the technical support team to ensure customer needs are met and product performance is optimized.
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction chemicals or adhesives industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Industrial/OEM sales process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 per year
