Territory Sales Manager

Cyrix Healthcare is a trusted leader in advanced medical imaging and healthcare technology, delivering cutting-edge solutions in CT, MRI, Cathlab, and critical care equipment .We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead sales operations across Odisha, West Bengal, Jharkand & Chhattisgarh

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete sales operations for Odisha, West Bengal, Jharkand & Chhattisgarh.
• Drive sales of capital medical equipment (CT, MRI, Cathlab,Ultrasound)
• Develop new business with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions
• Build strong relationships with hospital management, biomedical and procurement teams
• Handle AMC & CMC contracts including renewals and negotiations
• Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers to achieve targets
• Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and performance reports
• Coordinate with service and application teams for installations and customer satisfaction
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Ensure timely collections and policy compliance

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of sales experience in Capital equipments
• Strong exposure to capital equipment sales like CT/MRI/Cathlab
• Proven experience managing large territories Odisha, West Bengal, Jharkhand & Chhattisgarh.
• Experience in AMC & CMC contract management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

Education & Language

• Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
• English Mandatory
• Telugu Preferred
• Hindi Added advantage

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,250,000.00 per year
