Position Overview
We are in aggressive growth mode and expanding our sales team across the U.S. The Territory Sales role is key to delivering our disruptive and impactful technology to patients, attaining ambitious sales goals, and capturing market share. This role will take ownership of developing B2B sales in a new territory with clinical audiences, building upon existing relationships, and maximizing patient outcomes.
The position involves managing clinical accounts and prescriber relationships directly to sustain our high-growth rate. This is a field-based role and will require travel throughout the territory to grow and maintain accounts. The Territory Sales Manager is a highly performance-based position, which is rewarded with uncapped commission on all revenue generated in the territory.

We are hiring a motivated individual who has a proven track record of achieving sales goals, establishing new business in new markets, high technical aptitude, and who resonates with our mission to improve patient outcomes.
The right candidate will blend product knowledge with the ability to cultivate deep customer and clinician relationships to grow sales in new and existing accounts. You will be accountable for prospecting a territory, holding in-services with clinical customers, onboarding accounts, and maintaining account relationships to establish a pipeline and achieve monthly sales goals. You will also regularly introduce new products to market as we continue to innovate and expand on our device portfolio.
A successful candidate will treat their territory like their own business, have strong internal motivation, and take advantage of the resources we provide to maximize their revenue. We’re looking for a dynamic and fast learner who embraces change, as we launch two new product lines each year. The Territory Sales Managers are the key to driving exposure and adoption of these impactful devices. A passion for customer service is a must.
Key Responsibilities
• Own all sales activity in your territory to achieve quarterly revenue targets
• Grow and maintain revenue from adopting accounts
• Prospect and engage new accounts in the orthopedic, sports medicine, orthotic and prosthetic
(O&P), and VA/DOD space
• Schedule and perform in-services to educate customers on the product portfolio
• Pitch products to surgeons, CPOs, and other clinicians to gain interest
• Service accounts through onboarding and ongoing visits to effectively grow existing business
• Document activity and track revenue in Salesforce to optimize organization and efficiency
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Billing departments in product
launches and other key initiatives
• Evaluate customers’ needs and requirements to ensure a seamless customer experience
Experience Needed for Success
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated relevant medical device sales experience
• Ability to adapt quickly and think on your feet
• Prior startup or high-growth company experience (preferred)
• Startup mentality: entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and independent
