Territory Sales Manager

We are partnering with a fast-growing, innovative technology company at the forefront of AI-driven solutions, supporting major enterprises in transforming how they operate, scale, and compete in a digital-first world. With strong momentum across the region, they are now looking to hire an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth across Saudi Arabia.


The Role

This is a high-impact, client-facing position focused on building and expanding relationships with large enterprise customers across key sectors. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting through to deal closure, working closely with technical and product teams to deliver tailored AI solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and win new enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level, Heads of Digital/IT)
  • Lead complex sales cycles, positioning high-value AI and technology solutions
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to shape compelling proposals
  • Stay ahead of market trends across AI, digital transformation, and enterprise technology


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in enterprise technology sales (AI, SaaS, cloud, or data solutions)
  • Experience selling into large organisations in Saudi Arabia
  • Strong network and ability to engage senior decision-makers
  • Commercially driven with a consultative, solution-led approach
  • Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
