Role Description

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Indianapolis Indiana . This is a full-time outside sales position. It is salary plus commission and bonus. We offer Healthcare Insurance, Dental & Vision. We have a 401K and a Travel and expense account. You should expect to make 120K plus based on this territory's historical performance. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth in Indiana and Illinois. This is a well established territory with a strong account base and plenty of room for growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include building relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and any other medical professionals interested in health thru nutrition. you will be implementing effective sales strategies, conducting customer presentations, delivering product training, and ensuring excellent service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.


Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in Eyecare, Eye health, Frames, Lenses , Contact Lenses, Optical diagnostic equipment or experience working in an optometric practice.
  • Proven skills in Sales, including developing strategies, meeting targets, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and or salesforce and general computer skills are required.
  • Ability to effectively conduct Training sessions and educate customers on product benefits and usage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently while achieving goals.
  • Prior experience in the nutritional supplement or healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required and expect 20% overnight travel.
