Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Area Sales Manager you will have the opportunity to:
Assess, plan, and execute sales strategies across end-user and distributor networks to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
Develop monthly sales and conversion plans with line manager; identify new growth opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.
Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry networks; represent Ansell at trade shows and forums.
Monitor distributor performance, conduct joint end-user visits, provide training, and ensure alignment with Ansell’s strategy.
Use CRM (SFDC) and market insights to identify opportunities, track performance, and propose strategies for growth.
Manage pricing, budgets, and expenses to optimize profitability; ensure compliance with policies, trading terms, and ethical standards.
Monitor competitors, collaborate with stakeholders, support customer service and quality processes, and complete personal development plans.
Solid B2B sales experience with proven channel and consultative selling skills, including virtual selling (industrial or scientific background preferred).
Strong understanding of distribution networks and established relationships with industry, end-users, and distributors.
Strong data analysis, budgeting, reporting, and strategy development to drive business outcomes.
Experience with CRM systems (preferably SFDC) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Persuasive communicator, self-starter, team player, strong problem-solving, negotiation, presentation, and value-selling skills.
Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English (minimum upper-intermediate level)
