Job Summary

You will own the full commercial cycle across Punjab - prospecting, pitching, closing, and renewing. You sell by understanding the customer's reality, not by overpromising. You will be meeting Founders, E-commerce & Operations Heads, and Supply Chain Leads. They ask hard questions. You need to earn the room.

The Role

You will own the full commercial cycle across Punjab - prospecting, pitching, closing, and renewing. You sell by understanding the customer's reality, not by overpromising. You will be meeting Founders, E-commerce & Operations Heads, and Supply Chain Leads. They ask hard Questions. You need to earn the room.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline across Punjab, based out of Lahore.
• Prospect across the D2C E-Commerce industry based on ICPs.
• Run discovery conversations that uncover real operational pain.
• Build proposals and negotiate commercial terms confidently.
• Proactively track renewals, renegotiations, and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain clean CRM records. Always. No exceptions.
• Travel within Punjab as required.

What You Need

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Working knowledge of e-commerce or supply chain operations; you don't need to be technical, but you need to understand the business problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Relentless follow-up discipline. Deals die in silence.
• Experience in or exposure to Fashion, Footwear, or Cosmetics is a strong advantage.
• You believe honest selling is better selling. Full stop.

• Communication clarity, written and verbal, in Urdu and English.
• Highly sociable.
