Job Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure product availability & visibility.

Lead and coach Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs) through daily sessions and field visits.

Execute trade promotions and ensure accurate implementation of trade offers & discounts.

Monitor field KPIs (penetration, productivity) and optimize PJPs using tools like Google Maps.

Foster strong distributor partnerships.

Track competitor activities and provide insights for business growth and trade optimization.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales and financial claims.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
1-3 years of relevant sales experience from FMCG industry.
