Territory Sales Manager- Karachi

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure product availability & visibility.
  • Lead and coach Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs) through daily sessions and field visits.
  • Execute trade promotions and ensure accurate implementation of trade offers & discounts.
  • Monitor field KPIs (penetration, productivity) and optimize PJPs using tools like Google Maps.
  • Foster strong distributor partnerships.
  • Track competitor activities and provide insights for business growth and trade optimization.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales and financial claims.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree


Experience:

1-3 years of relevant sales experience from FMCG industry.
