Ansell is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Khobar.

In this position you will play a vital role in driving profitable growth across the Eastern Province and broader Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on the oil & gas sector, strategic verticals, and channel partners. This role requires a commercially driven, hands-on individual with strong sales acumen, account management skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across complex sales cycles.

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – Middle East, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Drive profitable sales growth in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, with focus on oil & gas, petrochemicals, utilities, and heavy industry.
  • Develop and execute a clear territory sales strategy aligned with regional objectives.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with end users, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop Ansell’s distributor network:
o Build strong partnerships and implement joint business plans.
o Conduct regular field visits.
o Provide ongoing training and support to ensure engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts:
o Maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
o Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations.
o Coordinate technical and commercial support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing, product, and technical teams to:
o Activate marketing campaigns.
o Support tender processes.
o Contribute to strategic projects.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Provide timely business reports and updates.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities in the Saudi market.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Demonstrated B2B sales experience with background in Business, Engineering, Industrial Safety is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to the PPE, oil and gas, or industrial safety sectors is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing distributors, agents, or other indirect sales channels.
  • Strong understanding of oil and gas industry dynamics within Saudi Arabia, particularly in the Eastern Province.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently while remaining self-motivated.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven capacity to collaborate effectively within a regional matrix organisation.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic, in written and spoken form.
