Territory Sales Officer

Role Overview:
A growing household care products manufacturer is seeking a Territory Sales Officer for Gujranwala. The ideal candidate will drive sales through distributors, achieve targets, and strengthen market presence for FMCG products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive sales through the distributor network to achieve primary and secondary targets

· Ensure effective secondary sales to support strong primary business results

· Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and their teams

· Monitor market execution, product availability, and visibility

· Plan and implement market visits to track sales performance

· Ensure timely reporting and adherence to deadlines

· Work under pressure to meet monthly sales goals

Requirements:

· Minimum Graduation

· 2–3 years of field sales experience in a similar role

· Experience in FMCG products, preferably detergents, is required

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Target-oriented with proven problem-solving ability
