Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, the subsidiary company of Al-Futtaim group of Dubai, is a story of rollicking success. With consistent corporate achievements, the company is recognized for corporate excellence and “Best Corporate Performance”.


With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. The AGTL plant, an icon of engineering dynamics operates on high efficiency. With Quality Control and Quality Assurance, quality improvement systems exist at every level. What you will do?

Overview of Roles:


Responsible for driving AGTL’s aftersales business for genuine spare parts and lubricants across multiple territories through strategic sales channel management. The position focuses on strengthening stakeholder engagement, implementing direct sales tactics, and building strong customer relationships to ensure repeat purchases and brand loyalty. The job holder will deliver exceptional customer service and adopt a sales-oriented approach to promote continuous repurchase of AGTL products in assigned regions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for genuine spare parts and lubricants in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, mechanics, market shops, and farmers to drive customer loyalty.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies based on market analysis and customer insights.
  • Support and coach dealers on best practices to improve their aftersales business and revenue performance.
  • Generate and convert new sales leads to expand market share and customer base.
  • Optimize inventory levels with dealers and workshops to ensure product availability without overstocking.
  • Conduct regular dealership audits, implement improvement plans, and organize service campaigns when needed.
  • Perform market research and provide actionable insights and reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.


Education:

  • BSc Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from reputed university


Minimum Experience and Knowledge:


  • MBA or BSc. Mechanical Engineering from a renowned university.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in English, Urdu and preferably Punjabi.
  • Experienced Computer User, familiar with ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis, strategy and budget development.
  • Candidate must have a flexible attitude towards working hours as frequent travelling is required.
  • Fresh graduates may apply however relevant work experience will be preferred
  • Knowledge of tractor industry.


Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:


  • Understanding of Aftersales business in Pakistan.
  • Ability to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
