Territory Sales Rep - Golf

TERRITORY SALES REP - GOLF

Join a global sportswear leader and help shape the future of golf retail. We are seeking a Territory Sales Rep to represent adidas Golf covering accounts in Northern NJ and Northeastern PA, building strong relationships, growing sales, and delivering exceptional service to our retail partners and golf communities.

PURPOSE

Lead the sale of adidas Golf apparel and services within your territory. Engage with existing accounts and develop new opportunities by sharing product expertise, delivering consistent service, and supporting brand growth in alignment with company goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage sales programs and promote adidas Golf products across assigned accounts
  • Focus on top revenue-generating partners while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Educate customers and golf communities on product features and brand updates
  • Secure and renew orders, coordinate delivery timelines, and support customer needs
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to internal teams

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Effective organization and time management
  • Ability to analyze territory performance and forecast sales
  • Technical proficiency with golf products and digital tools
  • Experience building and maintaining customer relationships

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience in golf or related industry
  • Experience with soft goods preferred
