Territory Sales Representative - Medical Equipment (Lymphedema Focused)

Job Summary
Heide’s Mastectomy & Compression Services is seeking a Sales Associate/Territory Manager to develop and grow our protected Lympha Press territory in Wisconsin.

Lympha Press, a leading manufacturer of pneumatic compression devices, is experiencing double-digit growth in one of the fastest-growing segments of the medical equipment industry. As they expand into new markets, Heide’s has been selected as the exclusive DME provider to build and support this territory.

This is a unique opportunity to develop a high-potential market from the ground up while building clinical partnerships and making a meaningful impact in patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
  • Year 1 OTE: $70,000–$80,000
  • Year 2+ OTE: $80,000–$120,000+ with territory growth
  • Car allowance + expense reimbursement
  • Full benefits package (PTO, Health Insurance, 401k, etc)
  • Exclusive, protected territory (You will train with our Minnesota rep, but cover Wisconsin)

What You’ll Do

  • Educate physicians, therapists, nurses, and healthcare providers on Lympha Press products and clinical applications
  • Build and grow relationships across hospitals, clinics, and specialty practices
  • Conduct daily outreach and marketing activities within your territory
  • Host lunch-and-learns and in-service trainings to drive awareness and adoption
  • Coordinate and perform in-home patient setups and product education
  • Utilize proprietary systems for order management and patient tracking

  • Regional hospitals and health systems
  • Physicians and specialty clinics
  • Nurses and care teams
  • Lymphedema therapists and rehabilitation providers
  • Veterans Administration (VA) facilities (GSA contract in place)

Experience working within the VA system is a strong plus.

What We’re Looking For

  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Proven ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
  • Results-driven with a focus on growth and accountability
  • Comfortable working independently within a territory
  • Passion for improving patient outcomes through innovative medical solutions
  • Experience in medical sales, DME, or healthcare is preferred but not required

  • Travel: Required within the entire state of Wisconsin
