Territory Sales Representative - Midwest Commercial Air Duct Sales

Location: Remote (Must reside within the Midwest states: ND, SD, NE, IA, MN, WI, IL, IN, MI, OH)

Position Type: Full-Time / Remote

Base Pay: starting $85,000.00 per year

We’re seeking a driven territory sales representative to grow our Northeast territory by expanding existing relationships and developing new accounts.

The Role

We are looking for a Midwest Regional Sales Representative to manage and grow our commercial presence. This is a high-autonomy role focused on direct sales, managing manufacturer reps sales, and building long-term partnerships with mechanical contractors and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Growth: Own and grow a multi-states Midwest territory; manage the full sales cycle.
  • Channel Sales: Grow existing rep accounts and develop new rep pipelines.
  • Direct Sales: Build and expand relationships with distributors, manufacturers’ reps, consulting engineers, contractors, and owners
  • Technical Support: Support projects from specification through closeout by partnering with internal technical/operations teams.
  • Strategic Travel: Conduct onsite visits, product presentations, and trade show demonstrations across the territory.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven sales performance: Demonstrated success in representative sales, direct territory sales, or commercial B2B sales. Experience in commercial/industrial HVAC/R or related construction/MEP products strongly preferred.
  • Relationship-driven: Strong communication and relationship-building skills with engineers, contractors, owners, distributors, and reps.
  • Self-directed and organized: Ability to manage a remote territory independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain consistent CRM activity and reporting.
  • Travel: Willing and able to travel up to 50% of weekdays each month, including week-long overnight trips.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field is a plus (not required).
