Join Our Team as a Territory Sales Trainer!

Are you passionate about helping others succeed and excel in a coaching role? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Territory Sales Trainer to join our team and make a significant impact!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Training New Reps: Lead the onboarding for new 1099 sales managers and representatives. You’ll teach consultative selling techniques, our company’s value proposition, and objection handling through role-playing and hands-on coaching.
  • Field Training (85%): Get out in the field with new sales managers and reps. Conduct weekly call clinics and create exciting incentives to boost prospecting activity. You'll be their go-to guide for achieving success!
  • Classroom Training: Whether virtual or in-person, you’ll deliver engaging classroom training using company-approved content. Expect to lead interactive exercises and provide real-time feedback to get new hires up to speed.
  • Ongoing Support: Support unit managers by setting clear activity goals, conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, and celebrating their successes. Help them navigate our leads management system and stay on track.
  • Team Player: Play a vital role in our core team by supporting public sector needs, new broker reps, product rollouts, and national events. Act as a crucial link between field sales and our Home Office

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: We’re seeking someone with a strong background in sales, proven ability to close deals, and experience in training and developing others. If you're a natural coach and inspiring leader, this role is for you!
  • Skills: Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills are essential. You should be comfortable with frequent travel (up to 75% of the time) and possess strong communication skills.
  • Licensing: You’ll need to obtain an insurance license in your assigned states within 45 days. We’ll support you through the process!
  • Personality: We’re looking for a dedicated, high-energy individual with a positive attitude. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to fostering a winning culture.
