Territory Salesperson – Ohio or Tennessee

Sester Farms is looking for a Territory Sales Representatives in Ohio and Tennessee who are interested in long-term employment. Our customers buy hundreds of thousands of plants each year and we want every customer to feel like they are at the front of the line.

Qualifications:

· Excellent listener

· Excellent customer service skills: Empathy for the customer, enjoy solving problems, clear communication, and a learning mindset.

· Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS proficiency. Strong computer skills overall.

· CRM software experience is a plus.

· Drive to initiate actions independently.

· Horticulture and/or nursery experience (production or sales)

You will travel throughout your assigned territory regularly (50% of time) connecting with current and potential customers, communicate with customers by phone and email, update customer notes and info in Infusionsoft (CRM), work to resolve customer issues, and travel to tradeshows.

Sester Farms is a dynamic and industry-leading wholesale nursery based in Gresham OR. The climate and soil in NW Oregon combined with our extensive horticulture expertise allow us to grow beautiful, award-winning trees and shrubs at an amazing pace. Our dedicated people manage every aspect of growing, managing inventory, selling, and shipping these plants to much of the lower 48, Alaska, and Canada, with the finance department, maintenance teams, and software development team keeping all of the processes running smoothly.

Compensation: $75k base + Commission
