Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of mortgage professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Drive sales strategy and business development activities within the assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales targets and company objectives.
* Oversee all branch operations, including budgeting, reporting, and ensuring seamless day-to-day management.
* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, estate agents, and other key business partners.
* Ensure all branch activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethical conduct.
* Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and to maintain a competitive edge.
* Act as a key representative of Rescom Financial Services, championing our reputation for professionalism and exceptional client service.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the mortgage or financial services industry.
* A strong track record of success in sales, business development, and team leadership.
* In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending processes, and relevant financial regulations.
