Test Automation Engineer

At Clario, our quality engineers are instrumental in delivering technology that accelerates clinical trials and improves patient outcomes. As a Test Automation Engineer based in Ankara, you’ll design and implement automated testing solutions that ensure the performance, reliability, and compliance of our software platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with R&D and QA teams to shape test strategy, integrate automation into the development lifecycle, and drive quality at every stage of delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test solutions for web and mobile software platforms
• Collaborate with development teams in Agile environments to define test coverage and integrate automation early in the SDLC
• Contribute to automation framework architecture and CI/CD pipeline integration
• Troubleshoot failures across environments by reviewing logs, data layers, and platform behavior
• Conduct code reviews and support best practices for automated testing
• Train and support QA teams in using automation tools and strategies
• Research and evaluate new tools to expand automation capabilities

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing
• Proficiency in object-oriented or script-based programming for test automation
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and frameworks
• Experience working in Agile development and DevOps environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Based in or able to work on-site in Ankara, Turkey
