You’ll have the opportunity to help transform how quality is delivered across the full development lifecycle, elevating testing to a more integrated, proactive discipline. We have an exciting new opportunity at NFU Mutual for a Test Data Engineer. This role sits within the IT Division and plays a central part in a strategic shift from traditional testing to a modern Quality Engineering model. You will help enable faster, more confident delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, trust and regulatory compliance.
As a Test Data Engineer, your focus will be to define and evolve the organisation’s approach to test data management. You will act as the subject matter expert for how test data is created, managed, protected and made available to delivery teams.
Working closely with Quality Engineering and wider technology teams, you will set standards and create reusable patterns for test data management. You will also explore the use of automation, AI and machine learning to improve efficiency and consistency across delivery teams.
In this role, you will support delivery teams by providing technical guidance and helping them adopt best practice approaches to test data creation, masking, synthesis and refresh.
