Role Summary

The TDM Architect will be responsible for defining and implementing an end‑to‑end Test Data Management strategy aligned to complex telecom ecosystems. The role involves enabling QA teams with compliant, scalable, and production‑like test data across large multi‑system landscapes, supporting rapid releases and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑wide Test Data Management strategy for large telecom programs.
• Define TDM operating models aligned with environment management, release cycles, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Business teams to understand end‑to‑end data flows across telecom systems.
• Drive implementation of synthetic data generation, data masking, subsetting, and data reservation solutions.
• Architect and guide usage of TDM tools such as Broadcom TDM, Delphix, GenRocket, or K2View.
• Design test data solutions for API‑based, microservices, and event‑driven architectures commonly used in telecom environments.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards while managing test data.
• Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and solution governance across teams.
• Mentor QA and TDM practitioners and define best practices, standards, and accelerators.

Technical Skills & Experience

• 10–12 years of experience in designing and delivering Test Data Management solutions.
• Strong expertise in TDM strategy, architecture, and tool‑based implementation.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one enterprise TDM tool (Broadcom TDM, Delphix, GenRocket, K2View).
• Deep understanding of data flow, relational and non‑relational database structures, and multiple DBMS platforms.
• Strong SQL skills, including advanced SQL concepts for data analysis and extraction.
• Solid understanding of API‑based workflows, integration patterns, and functional orchestration.
• Experience supporting QA programs and test automation initiatives.
• Working knowledge of synthetic test data creation, masking techniques, and data find‑and‑reserve models.

Domain Experience (Telecom – Mandatory)

• Experience working with telecom OSS/BSS systems, CRM, billing, order management, provisioning, and network systems.
• Understanding of complex cross‑system data dependencies, high‑volume data, and real‑time processing typical in telecom landscapes.
• Exposure to banking or financial services domain is an added advantage.
