My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who urgently require a Test Lead with Capital Markets domain experience to join a business-critical programme.

Key Requirements:

• Proven commercial experience working as a Test Lead in capital markets and middle/back-office operations, including trade lifecycle, settlements, and FO & BO position/cash reconciliation.
• Solid knowledge of multiple asset classes (equities, bonds, ETDs, ETFs, swaps) to define effective testing strategies and approaches.
• Ability to lead test data collection and implement comprehensive strategies for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Skilled in developing detailed test cases aligned with business requirements and functional specifications for full scenario coverage.
• Expertise in defect management lifecycle, including identification, tracking, resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on experience with ADO test management tool and strong written/verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
