Job Title: Test Lead cum Business Analyst – Onsite

Location: Kuwait (India Base: Bengaluru / Chennai)

Notice Period: Maximum 30 Days

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Test Lead cum Business Analyst to join our team for an onsite assignment in Kuwait. The candidate will be responsible for managing testing activities, business analysis, and ensuring smooth delivery across banking modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage testing activities for complex banking projects.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Work on Flexcube (Corporate & Retail), Islamic Banking modules, Trade Finance, Treasury, Channels, Flexcube Integration, IIB Integration .
• Support Risk & Compliance, Onboarding & Customer Service Applications, CBS, Channels, Data Mart, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and coordinate SIT/UAT activities.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Track and report defects, provide analysis, and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in Banking Testing (Functional, Technical, or Techno-Functional).
• Strong exposure to Flexcube, Islamic Corporate & Retail Banking, Trade Finance, Treasury, and Banking Channels .
• Experience in Flexcube and IIB Integration, Onboarding, Customer Service Applications, Data Mart, and Reports .
• Ability to lead testing teams and manage delivery for onsite projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
