Job description:
Job Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst plays a pivotal role improving the supply chain process by managing inventory control and supply activities to agreed standards and deadlines.
Job Responsibilities

Keep track of and cross-check all Debit Notes sent to Supplier and all Credit Notes received from Supplier on a monthly basis

Liaise with Operations, Procurement and Accounts in gathering all necessary supporting document for following: 1) New Signage 2) Signage Maintenance 3) Municipality Charges 4) Equipment Support 5) emails confirming Cash Loans to specific Customers and Trade/Commercial Support and submit these with Debit Notes to respective Supplier.

Support Operations and Supply Chain in projects to reduce inventories, increase warehousing efficiency and reduce inbound logistic costs

Provide operational support in Inventory Control, through Purchase Control, Stock Management and In-warding. This requires a high degree of knowledge in Autoline

Provide ad-hoc support for the Sales team by performing stock reports and raising the alerts to the supplier in case of impending stock-outs/EOQ positions

Maintain Inventory KPI’s that aims to keep inventory low but with a high turnover

Frequently support in execution of inbound logistics, and schedules by liaising with the Supplier and Transporter. Occasionally support Sales by arranging delivery schedules with Transporter.

Involvement in monthly ordering process which involves performing a rolling forecast, getting Operational inputs, obtaining approvals from Finance and placing order with Supplier.

Process payments to Supplier by cross-referencing GRN’s, Invoice and P.O.’s

Present analysis, reports on inventory, operational KPI, and offer ideas to help improve them.

Help revisit internal and external processes & identify shortfalls to maximize efficiency of function and systems

Provide analysis and support on the following projects:

Achieve better inventory investment by reducing non-moving SKU’s

Analytical support on new business opportunities, agencies and proposals
Candidate Requirments

Bachelors of Business Adminstration or any related field
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex challenges effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Keen interest in supply chain analysis, with a commitment to staying updated on the latest industry trends.
Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in PC applications, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
