Test Manager

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Core Banking Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 10+ years of hands-on experience in core banking systems and banking operations. The SME will provide deep functional expertise, support large-scale transformation programs, and act as a key liaison between business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation, enhancement, and support of core banking solutions. Key Responsibilities · Act as functional SME for Core Banking systems and banking processes · Provide expert guidance on end-to-end core banking operations and workflows · Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements · Translate business requirements into functional scenarios and test cases · Support core banking implementations, upgrades, migrations, and regulatory changes · Conduct impact analysis for product enhancements and system changes · Support system integration, data migration, and interface design initiatives · Provide functional support during testing phases (SIT, UAT, regression) · Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution · Support production issues, audits, and regulatory reporting · Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge transfer Core Banking Functional Expertise · Customer Information File (CIF), CASA (Savings, Current, Term Deposits) · Loans & Advances (Retail & Corporate), Interest, Charges & Fees · Payments, Clearing & Settlement · General Ledger (GL) & Accounting
