TEST MANAGER (8+ Years)
Role Summary
The Test Manager provides QA leadership and governance for AI-enabled enterprise systems, ensuring strong automation practices, consistent AI testing standards, quality delivery, and cross team coordination across all solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Define and establish QA governance and automation strategy for enterprise-grade AI and digital solutions, including Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration platforms, microservices, UI, and ERP integrations

Set AI testing standards, validation frameworks, and approval guidelines across all AI agent categories

Govern end-to-end testing execution across complex enterprise technology stacks

Define and enforce AI specific testing frameworks, covering ex : Prompt safety, prompt drift, hallucination detection , Bias, fairness, compliance checks

Oversee voice and conversational AI testing, ensuring Speech-to-text (STT) quality and accuracy ,Sentiment analysis reliability ,Intent classification

Own QA metrics, capacity planning, and upskilling

Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Compliance teams
Requirements
Required Skills (Must Have)
-
Experience leading automation-heavy QA teams

Strong understanding of Java/Python-based automation frameworks

Selenium ecosystem and CI/CD governance

Hands-on exposure to AI testing tools (e.g., Testsigma, Testim ) for evaluation and governance

Minimum of 2-3 years of hands on experience with GenAI and Agentic AI solutions across production, client facing, or enterprise systems, including ownership of quality oversight and governance
Good to Have

Good ERP / Accounts Payable knowledge (e.g., Oracle ERP, SAP)

ISTQB certification
Job Special Requirements
