Test / QA Analyst

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Test / QA Analyst to support SAP release testing and ensure the quality and stability of our systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in executing regression and functional tests, supporting SAP release management, and using testing tools to document and track test cases and defects. Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal, is required for effective communication with global teams. Experience working with US/EU companies is preferred. This role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute regression testing to ensure SAP functionality remains intact after updates/releases.

- Support SAP release management by creating and maintaining test plans, cases, and scripts.

- Log, track, and collaborate on resolving defects and issues identified during testing.

- Assist in UAT preparation, execution, and support end-user testing.

- Document test results, generate reports, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Support system and integration testing to validate new changes against business needs.

- Monitor testing progress and ensure timely completion within project timelines.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in executing regression testing, functional testing, and system validation, preferably within SAP environments.

- Familiarity with SAP release management processes and procedures.

- Experience using testing tools and managing test cases, scripts, and defect tracking.

- Basic understanding of SAP modules and business processes.

- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and verify fixes.

- Good documentation and report-writing skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.

- Educational background in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

- Strong written and verbal English (required)

Rate: $ 18- 25 USD/hour

Pay: ₹1,476.00 - ₹2,050.00 per hour
