About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in documentation, testing processes, and communication across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and elicit business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

- Create Use Cases, User Stories, BRD, FRD, and SRS documentation.

- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support business planning.

- Perform data analysis and root cause/gap analysis for identified problems.

- Collaborate with technical teams on API/system integration requirements.

- Support testing teams by preparing test scenarios, cases, and UAT coordination.

- Participate in functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.

- Experience in manual testing: test execution, result logging, and defect tracking.

- Familiarity with APIs and system integration concepts.

- Proficient in writing clear and concise documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational, time management, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.

- Basic understanding of project management and business tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
