Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Testing & Commissioning Manager to lead T&C activities for large-scale power and solar projects. The role involves managing end-to-end commissioning processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with international and local standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage testing & commissioning activities across project phases (Cold, Hot, and Close-out).
• Develop detailed commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Coordinate with OEMs, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Prepare method statements, SAT reports, and documentation as per IEC & IEEE standards.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Grid Code, SEC testing protocols, and project specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site engineers and project teams.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during commissioning.
• Attend technical meetings with clients and stakeholders to clarify project scope and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless execution of testing plans.
• Develop manpower planning and resource allocation strategies.
• Support client inspections and ensure successful project handover.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of T&C processes for power/solar projects.
• Familiarity with Saudi Grid Code and SEC procedures is essential.
• Ability to manage HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards during site activities.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to anticipate risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Experience in conducting commissioning and safety inspections.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Testing & Commissioning.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in solar projects.
• Proven experience handling projects above 500MW capacity.
• Age: 35+ preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
