Testing Engineer

Testing & Analysis

• Conduct mechanical testing (tensile, impact, hardness, bend, fatigue, creep, etc.) on metallic materials.
• Perform metallurgical examinations such as microstructure analysis, grain size measurement, inclusion rating, and failure analysis.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory testing equipment (UTM, hardness testers, metallurgical microscopes, spectrometers).
• Ensure test procedures comply with national/international standards (ASTM, IS, BIS, ISO).

Quality & Compliance

• Prepare test samples as per specified standards and procedures.
• Document and verify test results for accuracy and traceability.
• Maintain adherence to laboratory quality systems (ISO/IEC 17025, NABL accreditation, etc.).
• Support audits, proficiency testing, and inter-laboratory comparisons.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
