Testing Engineer

Job Summary

A leading organization specializing in robotic coating and pipeline integrity solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Testing Engineer. The role involves testing, validation, and troubleshooting of complex electrical and mechanical systems used in industrial environments.

The ideal candidate will support product development and ensure the performance, safety, and reliability of robotic equipment through structured testing and analysis. Strong communication skills in English along with Hindi are preferred for effective coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Testing and Validation

• Conduct functional, performance, and safety testing of robotic systems and subsystems
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and validation protocols

System Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve electro-mechanical issues in robotic equipment
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions

Collaboration and Support

• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams
• Provide feedback to design and integration teams based on test results

Test Setup and Instrumentation

• Assist in designing and maintaining test rigs and setups
• Work with sensors, data acquisition systems, and measurement tools

Documentation and Reporting

• Record test results, anomalies, and corrective actions
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain technical documentation

Compliance and Safety

• Ensure testing activities comply with internal standards and industry regulations
• Follow safety protocols during testing and field operations

Field Testing

• Participate in field trials and on-site testing when required Continuous Improvement
• Enhance testing methodologies and contribute to product quality improvements

Requirements Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in testing electro-mechanical or industrial equipment
• Experience in robotics, automation, or industrial systems preferred

Skills

• Strong experience in testing and validation of electrical and mechanical systems
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuit testing
• Understanding of mechanical assemblies, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Proficiency in troubleshooting system-level issues
• Experience with instrumentation, sensors, and data logging tools
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and compliance
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Salary: Up to SAR 10,000 (Full Package)
