Testing Engineer (Embedded Product)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Testing Engineer (Embedded Product) to join our electronics product development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hardware testing, debugging, and documentation and be capable of collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute hardware test plans for prototypes and production units
• Perform testing and diagnostics using tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies
• Collaborate with design and production teams to identify and troubleshoot hardware issues
• Create detailed test documentation: reports, test cases, summaries, and failure analyses
• Contribute to production and operator documentation, including SOPs and work instructions
• Recommend design or process improvements based on test findings
• Maintain records of testing outcomes and support quality control initiatives
• Stay updated on electronics testing standards and tools

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in hardware testing, validation, or production support
• Strong understanding of circuit-level testing and test equipment usage
• Basic debugging and fault analysis skills
• Familiarity with documentation practices for test and production processes
• Working knowledge of MS Office and basic documentation tools
• Excellent time management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with in-circuit testing (ICT), functional testing, or automated test setups
• Exposure to IoT or embedded hardware systems
• Basic understanding of production lines and quality control systems
• Multilingual skills (English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
