Nepenthe Wellness Center is hiring a Texas-licensed Psychiatrist to serve as a Collaborating/Supervising Physician for our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
This is a remote, low-commitment role with flat monthly compensation and no daily patient care.

Perfect for Psychiatrists who want easy, predictable income with minimal time requirements.

What This Role Offers

• No call, no daily patient load, no high-volume responsibilities
• All credentialing & admin handled by our MSO
• Collaborate with a strong team of experienced Psychiatric NPs
• Flexible involvement — oversight only

Responsibilities

• Serve as collaborating/supervising physician for Psychiatric NPs
• Provide required oversight, signatures, and periodic case review
• Participate in occasional clinical touchpoints (minimal)
• Sign off on TMS protocols and support treatment alignment (training provided)
• Allow use of credentials for NP insurance credentialing
• Support compliance with Texas supervision requirements

This is strictly a supervisory role — no direct patient care required.

Ideal Candidate

• Active Texas medical license & board-certified/board-eligible Psychiatrist
• Looking for additional income with minimal workload
• Comfortable supporting NPs in TMS, med management, and general psych care
• Willing to be credentialed with commercial insurance plans
• Professional, dependable, and collaboration-friendly
• Open to modern psychiatric treatments (TMS, Spravato®, Ketamine)
