Job Description – Textile Designer (Men’s Wear)

We are seeking a qualified, flexible Textile Designer to create original designs, patterns, prints, and colourways for men’s fabrics and related products. The ideal candidate should:

- Possess comprehensive knowledge of digital printing, including its advantages and limitations, and be proficient in Adobe Photoshop.

- Conduct daily research on fashion and textile trends, colour forecasts, and market demands per client specifications.

- Consistently meet daily targets and deliverables.

- Prepare design files for sampling and production using industry‑standard software.

- Understand the pros and cons of digital printing and their impact on production decisions.

- Be familiar with various fabric types and the expected output after digital printing.

- Leverage Photoshop effectively to enhance designs and prepare files for optimal print results.

- Incorporate AI tools to streamline workflows and augment creative output.

- Refine designs based on feedback from management and clients.

- Maintain organized records of designs, artwork, and development details.

- Ensure all designs comply with quality standards, cost targets, and production timelines.

Additional Requirements

- Collaborate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure design feasibility.

- Review fabric samples, strike‑offs, and lab dips to verify accuracy and quality.

- Generate design concepts, mood boards, and sample presentations as required.
