Textile Graphic Designer (Tech Pack Specialist)

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Textile Graphic Designer with strong expertise in tech pack development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in textile prints, garment graphics, and translating design concepts into accurate production-ready technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create innovative textile and garment graphic designs aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Develop comprehensive tech packs including measurements, colorways, fabric details, trims, artwork placement, and construction notes.
• Prepare repeat patterns, color separations, and print-ready files for production.
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Communicate clearly with vendors and factories to resolve design and technical issues.
• Review samples and provide feedback to ensure designs meet quality and specification standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or Graphic Design (or equivalent experience).
• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design software.
• Proven experience in creating detailed tech packs for garments and textiles.
• Solid understanding of fabrics, printing techniques, and garment construction.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with domestic or international factories.
• Knowledge of CAD systems, repeat pattern creation, and color management.
• Familiarity with different printing methods (screen, digital, sublimation, rotary, etc.).
