We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Fabric Planner to join our production team and help optimizing inventory, managing production workflows, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between demand forecasting and actual supply, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Textile Merchandiser to manage product development, vendor coordination, and order execution for our ecommerce-based garments business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the garments industry and a strong understanding of fabrics, production processes, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams for order execution
• Handle product development from sampling to bulk production
• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per buyer requirements
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with buyer standards
• Track order status, costing, and documentation
• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding pricing, timelines, and quality
• Support ecommerce product requirements such as styles, sizes, and variants
• Resolve production or quality issues proactively

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the garments/textile industry
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes
• Experience working with vendors and factories
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Familiarity with ecommerce garment requirements is an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on-site at Coimbatore location
