Merchandiser (Lahore)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Merchandiser to handle buyer coordination, order execution, and production follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete merchandising cycle from order confirmation to final shipment while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery timelines are met.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with buyers regarding orders, samples, pricing, timelines, and production requirements.
• Manage complete order execution from booking to final shipment, ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Prepare and follow up on costing, consumption sheets, purchase orders, and order confirmations.
• Coordinate with production, PPC, quality, and sourcing departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor fabric, trims, and accessories availability and ensure timely procurement.
• Track production status, resolve issues proactively, and update buyers with accurate reports.
• Ensure compliance with buyer standards, quality requirements, and factory policies.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a textile or garments factory.

Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, costing, sampling, and production processes.

Excellent communication skills in English for buyer correspondence and coordination.

Ability to handle multiple orders, tight deadlines, and pressure effectively.

Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and merchandising documentation.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
