Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Production Manager to oversee and manage the complete production cycle at ROA Uniforms. The ideal candidate will ensure that all uniforms are produced efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of garment manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring smooth workflow from cutting to stitching, finishing, and delivery.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet order deadlines and customer requirements.
• Manage production staff, including tailors, cutters, supervisors, and quality control teams.
• Monitor production costs, optimize resource utilization, and reduce waste.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions when required.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and sales teams to ensure accurate material planning and production forecasts.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements for higher efficiency.
• Maintain production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Enforce workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized production environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in garment manufacturing or uniform production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, fabric types, and garment construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in production planning and reporting tools.
• Experience in the textile/uniform industry is a strong advantage.
