The Total Facilities Management Inspector works closely with Maintenance duty managers and performance lead & maintenance teams, and external service providers to maintain a high standard of facility operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of facility management practices.

Job responsibilities
  • Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess their condition, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, including planned preventive maintenance (PPM) & Corrective Maintenance (CM), repairs, and renovations, to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Extract daily Maximo reports check for pending tickets and ensure it completion on time and provide continuous guidance to team for completion.
  • Emergency Response: Collaborate with operations team to develop and implement emergency procedures.
  • Ensure Quality Control Inspection of CM tickets is being conducted on daily basis for all priorities and record the report of the same via provided tools (MS links).
  • Ensure adequate facilities inspection has been conducted in the month and report the same via provided tools.
  • Conduct regular facility tours throughout your shift to inspect all designated facilities, and promptly report any discrepancies by issuing CM requests to the respective operations department.
  • Extract Maximo data and inspect completed PPM works assure the quality of PPM work completion.
  • Ensure operations team are conducting the jobs in accordance with defined standards, Job plans, safety and compliance system. Report any discrepancies found immediately to management.
  • Highlight any challenges that belongs to third parties to management for corrective action. A record/ reports must be submitted using provided tools (MS links).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Possess an ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • In addition to assigned tasks, the candidate is responsible for fulfilling any management requirements, contractual obligations, and additional responsibilities within their area of expertise/job responsibilities as directed by management. This may include but is not limited to fulfilling additional requirements based on management directives.
  • Take responsibility for addressing all the issues raised within the communication group (WhatsApp), while ensuring effective coordination with multiple parties such as alpha base, TOC, AOC, etc. Assume full accountability for completing the report accurately within the same work groups.
  • Check and ensure all work permits of O&M service providers are met with requirement including Risk assessments, method of statement & PPE before executing the work.
  • Ability to possess trouble shooting & Problem solving: Identify & resolve maintenance related problems, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or similar.
  • Have a minimum of 4 to 6 years' relevant experience in a similar role
  • Good command of English and ideally, knowledge of Arabic
  • Knowledge of Quality and control
  • Knowledge of facilities management operations
  • Good knowledge of MEP (hard services) & Soft services
  • Good knowledge of MAXIMO CAFM TOOL.
  • Good knowledge of health & Safety.
  • Ability to demonstrate good knowledge of maintenance standards.
