Position Details

• Role: TGT / PGT – English Teacher
• Location: Daffodils World School, Sikar, Rajasthan

Responsibilities

• Teach English Literature and Language as per curriculum guidelines.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons, activities, and projects.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
• Prepare students for examinations while encouraging creativity and critical thinking.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and uphold school discipline and values.
• Collaborate with colleagues for academic planning, events, and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English (Literature / Language).
• B.Ed. (Mandatory for TGT, preferred for PGT).
• Strong subject knowledge and fluency in English.
• Prior teaching experience in a reputed school preferred.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
